Recipe / The Ultimate Post Workout Shake

Packed full of plant-based nutrient dense protein this smoothie will help supply the body with the right nutrition after your workout!

Post Workout Protein Shake 

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 cup Glory almond milk

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 scoop vanilla Epic Protein

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 tablespoon Glory nut butter

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon spirulina 

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

2. Drink immediately.
