Recipe / Blueberry Overnight Oats
Are you looking for a breakfast of champs, but are only willing to put in a weekend warrior’s effort? Than look no further, our glorious blueberry overnight oat recipe is an easy way for you to start your day on a high note.
1 cup fresh blueberries
¾ cup plain coconut yogurt
¼ cup Glory Almond Mylk
1–2 Tbsp organic maple syrup
½ tsp ground vanilla or vanilla extract
½ cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp black chia seeds
1. Blend blueberries, coconut yogurt, Glory Almond Mylk, maple syrup, and vanilla on high speed until completely smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl and stir in the oats and chia seeds. Place inside jar or container of your liking.
3. Let mixture chill overnight, allowing the oats and chia seeds to soak up.
4. Serve chilled the next day and enjoy!
