Chocolate Avocado Mousse
Serves 2
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
¼ cup raw cacao powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 Medjool dates (pitted)
¼ cup coconut cream
Pinch sea salt
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender or food processor and blend/process until smooth and creamy. Add more coconut cream to blend if needed.
2. Divide evenly into 2 bowls and top with nuts or fresh berries to serve.
