Homemade (Egg-less!) Almond Nog
If there’s one drink that dominates December, it’s eggnog. Some love it, some not so much - but believe us when we say this easy to make, at-home version will be a crowd pleaser. Just 10 minutes to creamy, sweet perfection. We substituted with Glory Almond Mylk to make this treat dairy-free (and easier on the stomach!).
- 16 oz Glory Almond Mylk
- ½ cup cashews, soaked overnight (optional - for extra creaminess)
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or sub sweetener of choice)
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
*Feeling fancy? ¼ tsp of cloves & cardamom also taste great if you have them on hand!
Simply combine all ingredients and blend! Serve heated or chilled - it's up to you.
