Energizing Morning Tea


Boiling / hot water
1 x Glory Turmeric + Ginger Shot (organic fresh pressed turmeric, ginger, citrus, black pepper & cayenne)
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cinnamon stick

Optional: 1/2 teaspoon raw honey to sweeten and / or a pinch of cayenne for an extra metabolism boost


1. Add coconut oil, cinnamon stick and honey into a large mug.
2. Fill mug to 3/4 way with boiling/hot water and let the cinnamon stick infuse.
3. Once water has cooled slightly, add the turmeric ginger shot and drink while warm.
