Retail Team Leader - Full-Time, Part-Time APPLY NOW

Glory Juice Co. serves certified organic, vegan, gluten-free, and delicious food to our retail guests and home-delivery customers. Working with the Manager and/or Assistant Manager, the Team Leader oversees the shift operations, sales performance, and guest experience. In addition to taking a front-line role in processing orders, preparing food and beverages, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness of the store and equipment, the Team Leader also supports Crew Member training and other operational duties as required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Hands on food preparation and delivery of an exceptional guest experience.
• Complete store opening and/or store closing procedures
• Order, receive, organize, and manage inventory food, juice, supplies
• Document product transfers, waste, and spoilage using appropriate forms
• Ensure compliance with customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and occupational health & safety standards
• Use Point of Sales systems to process orders
• Prepare all food and beverage menu items according to Glory recipes
• Sample products to customers
• Answer guest questions on the flavour profile, ingredients, and nutritional qualities of products.
• Keep all cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and properly rotate product
• Maintain food ingredient supplies in the prep area
• Maintain back stock areas and coolers
• Practice safe use of all tools and equipment
• Package and display products for retail sale
• Properly wrap and store unused products in coolers
• Wash equipment, dishes, and utensils
• Clean guest areas, food preparation stations, washrooms, storage areas, and coolers according to maintenance schedule and as required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be willing and able to operate all equipment and software. May be required to taste and smell the products. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary: From $16.70 per hour, plus an average of $3 to $4/ hour in tips
