Immune Boosting Flu Tea
Boiling/ hot water
1 x Glory Turmeric Ginger Shot (fresh pressed turmeric, ginger, citrus, black pepper & cayenne)
1/2 teaspoon coconut oil
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon raw honey (optional to sweeten)
1. Add coconut oil, cinnamon stick and honey into a large mug.
2. Fill mug to 3/4 way with boiling/hot water and let the cinnamon stick infuse.
3. Once water has cooled slightly, add in the turmeric ginger shot and drink while warm.
